we at Club Costa Vacanze Hotels we are committed and will be committed to making sure you have a great time... Peaceful and safe holidays in Valverde di Cesenatico.
We are waiting for you and look forward to welcoming you: we have implemented a series of hygiene and safety measures to provide you with the best possible holidays and all our services will be provided in the manner requested by us to protect your safety and everyone's health.
At the various entry and exit points of our hotel we have placed sanitizer dispenser alcohol-based hand and signage to help you comply with all the rules on proper social distancing. If you have any questions please ask a member of our staff, they will be happy to help you and answer any questions you may have.
Common areas will be cleaned several times a day with appropriate alcohol-based cleaners.
Before your arrival, the rooms will be sanitized to allow you to rest without worries and in total safety.
In all our rooms, the tables will be spaced each other in full compliance with the rules, ensuring adequate safety and comfort during meals.
The catering service will be with served buffet service and not self-service, for any request just ask our staff.
There will certainly be no lack of fun for the summer of 2020. The only difference from past years is that both the aperitif and the typical Romagna dinner will be served comfortably at the table, as well as the weekly party will become a delicious gala dinner accompanied by piano bar.
As always, each family can continue to use our private beach, being entitled to a sun umbrella and two sun beds.
You'll still have room at the beach: the umbrellas will be properly spaced from each other in accordance with the social distancing rules.
Our pool will be automatically treated with chlorine sanitizing. The beds will always be sanitized after each guest change and spaced out in full compliance with current protocol.
The entrances, on the other hand, will be controlled by our staff, and limited to respect safety. We want everyone to be able to properly enjoy the pool service.
All of our little guests will be given the proper attention and value to protect their safety and health.
The kids club and activities will be organized by age group and the children divided into small groups in shifts. All equipment used will be sanitized between shifts.
The activities will take place outdoors and the children will be appropriately spaced out both among themselves and in relation to the animator.
